Our client is a 46 bed acute care hospital and a 34-bed skilled nursing unit in Otsego, Mi. The hospital is fully JCAHO accredited and provides quality healthcare to nine communities with of 40,000 in Otsego and Montmorency. The hospital maintains a high standard for both patients and staff and provides state of the art equipment and facilities.

·         Seeking compassionate, energetic, high quality physician candidates to join our team.

·         Must be board certified or eligible in the US with plans to complete board certification within two years of completion of training.

·         Stable work/training history without prior license suspension or disciplinary actions in order to be eligible for consideration.

·         Strong computer skills preferred with prior electronic medical record use.

Practice Information:

·         Traditional Internal Medicine office practice joining three physicians and three nurse practitioners.

·         Full time office practice rotating as a hospitalist when on call. Hospitalists care for inpatients, do ED consults being responsible for admissions of IM and unassigned patients. (Monday to Monday call week)

·         Choice of also seeing patients in the office when on call

·         Practice broad based medicine with limited subspecialties available on site, but locally available for consultation.

·         Electronic Health Record shared within group and hospital

Compensation

The hospital offers a competitive 2 year guaranteed salary with ability to convert to productivity based incentive pay at any time. A generous benefit package includes paid malpractice, relocation assistance, CME allowance and full insurance options.
