Job Description
Southern California hospital is seeking a Quality Manager / Director for the 50 bed facility with ADC of 18. The hospital has 4 ICU beds, 6 post partum and delivery rooms. Candidate should be well versed with all areas of quality management and include a proven track record with Core Measures, HCAPHS, etc. Masters desirable as is QA certification (CPHQ). Need 3-5 years experience as a Quality manager, preferably an RN. Medical staff is around 15 with 2 surgeons, 2 OB/Gyn, Pediatrician, 4-5 GP/FP and numerous specialists. Need for a strong leader who can work well with medical and internal hospital staff and wants to be part of a team to take this facility to the next level. Within 3 hours of major metro area, winter and summer resport areas, including some close by. Must like rural town atmosphere.
