Job Description

Director of Quality needed for small for profit hospital in the Houston area. Responsible for Quality, a new role which will include Quality, Risk and Safety (Employee Health and Infection control is done by PACU Director). Does not include case management. Position reports to CNO. Desired candidate is a RN with Quality management experience of 3-5 years. Proven Track record with Core measures, HCAPHS etc. Masters or CPHQ desirable.
